The marketplace eRevola lets independent stores (vendors) and our own Official Store sell to you. The seller of each product is shown on the product page. Your account • Give a correct name and phone number; you are responsible for your password. • One person, one account. Accounts used for fraud, fake orders, self-referral or sharing contact details to buy outside eRevola can be limited or closed. • You accept these terms and the Privacy Policy when you sign up. 3. Prices and payment • Prices are in US dollars; Somaliland shillings are shown at the rate set by eRevola on the day of the order. • Pay with mobile money or bank transfer and enter the transaction reference; your order is confirmed after our team checks the payment. Cash on delivery is offered only in some cities and up to a maximum order value. • A delivery fee is shown at checkout before you order. 4. Orders and cancellation • You can cancel an order yourself until the store has prepared it. If you already paid, we refund you. • We may cancel an order if the payment cannot be confirmed, the product is not available or the order looks fraudulent. 5. Delivery See the Shipping & Delivery page. You confirm delivery by giving the courier your delivery code. 6. Returns, refunds and warranty See the Returns & Refunds page. 7. Reviews and content Reviews must be honest and about the product. We can hide content that is false, offensive or shares contact details. 8. Share & Earn Governed by the Share & Earn Terms. 9.
