If your city is not listed yet, checkout shows "Delivery not available yet". 2. Delivery fee Each city has its own delivery fee; some cities have free delivery above an order amount. The fee and the free-delivery amount are shown at checkout before you order. 3. Delivery time • Products in stock locally: the estimate shown on the product page and at checkout for your city. • Products shipped from Dubai: about 2–4 extra days for import (for example 3–5 working days to Hargeisa). The product page says "Ships from Dubai". These are estimates, not guarantees. 4. Order steps Paid → being prepared by the store → ready → out for delivery → delivered. You can follow your order in My Account → Orders. 5. Receiving your order Give the courier the 6-digit delivery code shown on your order. Check the package when you receive it. 6. Digital products Digital products and services are delivered in your account; they are confirmed automatically after 3 days if you do not report a problem. 7.
